About Course

The general objective of the course is to provide participants with a comprehensive understanding of the importance of quality management in healthcare, including its impact on patient safety, clinical outcomes, regulatory compliance, and organizational performance. Participants will explore various quality management frameworks, learn relevant quality improvement methodologies, and understand how to promote a culture of quality within healthcare organizations. Additionally, the module will cover strategies and best practices for enhancing patient safety.
