The general objective of the course is to equip participants with a deep understanding of the essential role of quality management in healthcare. They will explore key frameworks and methodologies, learn how to implement effective quality improvement strategies, and understand the importance of fostering a culture of quality within healthcare organizations. Additionally, the course will focus on enhancing patient safety through best practices and patient engagement initiatives.
