Lead Partner

Nkiruka Okere is the Lead Partner at George Index Ltd., a QMS consulting firm and her brainchild, which was established with the aim to pioneer innovative strategies for normalizing access to quality healthcare especially by the underserved population in Nigeria.

A Quality Management System Consultant (Healthcare) and an IQNET-certified Lead and Internal auditor, Nkiruka graduated from the School of Nursing, LUTH and proceeded to obtain her Postgraduate degree in Social work with the Ladoke Akintola University of Technology.

She obtained her Masters in Public Health from the University of Bedfordshire and was nominated to work with the NHS as a committee member for the Patient Advisory Board. She is a member of the American Society of Quality, a member of the Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria and also a certified arbitrator with The Nigerian Institute of Chartered Arbitrators.

In addition to facilitating numerous training and workshops within the Healthcare and Hospitality industries, she currently serves as a Board member of the Mumspring Foundation, an NGO set up to reduce and end the mortality and morbidity of newborns; a Faculty member of the Live Well initiative ladened with the responsibility of driving public health awareness through education, and Membership Chair for the Global Women in Healthcare (Nigeria).

She has gone ahead to receive several recommendations from her AlmaMata, University of Bedfordshire on her contribution to Public health and Health Watch, Luton. She zestfully enjoys coaching and mentoring, driving impact projects, advocacy, training, singing, team sports and travelling.
